— If you mean Cerulein, which is a new alizarin green, we can satisfy your inquiry. It is especially used for cotton twist. The mordant is a bath composed of 1 part Turkey red mordant oil and 18 parts of water. Age for half an hour, press and put into another beck, containing, to every quart of water, 100 grams of water, and from 30 to 35 soda crystals. Pat in for half an hour and rinse. The dyeing beck should have water absolutely free from lime. When near the boiling point, add a solution of soap, and boil for ten minutes; rinse, and if necessary pass through a warm suds bath.
